Terms of Service

These terms explain VPNDV's service scope and usage limits. Please review the plan details, refund terms, and privacy policy before starting a subscription. For questions, contact support through a ticket in the user panel.

Service and Scope

VPNDV provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration through international routes to destination network services. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel for client access, subscription details, and available routes.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses, or payment services for third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, users must still meet each platform's requirements. Route locations do not necessarily match the regions where platform content is available, and a plan does not guarantee continued access to specific content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription details secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, publicly distributing subscriptions, reselling routes, or operating a paid proxy service. Users are responsible for activity on devices they authorize.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before activation, check billing details and traffic allowances on the Plans and Pricing page. Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages have different usage periods.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located, as well as the terms of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for illegal activity, including cyberattacks, fraud, invasion of privacy, unauthorized system access, distribution of illegal content, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Do not disrupt the service through automated abuse, malicious resource consumption, or interference with other users' connections. Network acceleration does not change a user's responsibility for the content they access or their actions, nor does it replace the obligation to obtain any required authorization.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection results depend on the user's local network, device settings, international links, and third-party platform policies. Maintenance, upstream failures, or uncontrollable network events may lead to route changes or temporary interruptions. VPNDV does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or continuous access to every third-party service.

If an issue occurs, keep the error details and report it through a support ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link. VPNDV will review service issues based on verifiable information. Contact the relevant platform about third-party account actions, content changes, and payment disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that VPNDV is required by law to assume.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order information so the payment can be verified.

You do not need to provide proof of a technical issue to request a refund under this policy. If additional order details are needed during verification, you will be contacted through the ticket. Refund arrangements are subject to confirmation through the ticket; no additional processing time is promised on this page. You may still submit a ticket about disputes raised after this period, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For illegal use, subscription resale or sharing, service attacks, or persistent resource abuse, VPNDV may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate an account. Any action should be proportionate to the risk. Users who disagree with an outcome may submit an explanation and supporting materials through a support ticket.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, along with the updated month. Important changes affecting subscription benefits will be announced in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to orders already placed. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service going forward and ask through a support ticket how it affects your current subscription. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.
